What is this resource?

A staff details template which will enable you to pre-register your staff to join the Care Friends app.

The benefits of uploading your staff details to your portal are:

It’s the quickest and most secure login experience for your staff

It gives you the opportunity to send invitations by text and/or email in just a couple of clicks

When to use this resource

Prior to your launch to authorise all your existing staff to use the app.

Whenever you have multiple new starters.

How to use this resource

Download the spreadsheet below

Complete the columns with your staff details, including name, email and/or mobile number.  If you have set up ‘sites’ you will need to include the site name exactly as it appears in your portal.
